Crochet Pattern Monkey

Contains teaching video lessons for beginners and also for those, who has never used a hook. There are photo and video tip in the description at all stages of the crocheting. Each step is described!

YARN
Plush yarn such as YarnArt Dolce or Himalaya Dolphin Baby (5 Chunky yarn, 120m/100g (131 yards per 100 g)
Fable Fur yarn:
Himalaya Koala (5 Chunky yarn, 100m/100g (109 yards per 100 g)
Or other analogue

The main yarn consumption for the Monkey's body is 1-1.5 skeins.
Additional color about 0.5 a skein.

Other required materials:
Hook size 4.0 mm (UK – 8, US – 7/0)
Fiberfill in the form of balls.
Black eyes
It is advisable to use safety eyes, since it will not be reliable to sew buttons in this case. The recommended size of the eyes is 15-16mm.
Stitch markers, 3-5 pcs
Strong sewing thread for sewing pieces and needle sculpting (preferably in the color of the toy, but not necessary).
Black or brown (matching toy color) cotton or acrylic thread (such as Sport weight/4ply yarn Yarn Art Jeans) to decorate a mouth, you will need a piece of thread about 10-15cm long.
Large wide-eye needle and scissors

The size of the toy and yarn consumption will depend on the thickness of the yarn you are using, as well as the hook size and crocheting density. The thinner the yarn and the denser the crocheting, the smaller the toy and vice versa.
The approximate size of toys when using the recommended materials is 30-33cm in height
